Anti IgE Treatment for Severe Allergic Asthma Treatment
A humanized monoclonal antibody against IgE, neutralizes free IgE and reduces IgE receptors on basophils and mast cells. It is given in the form of regular (usually every four weeks) subcutaneous injections. There are indications and contraindications for this treatment.
